Add Event

New users!  After entering your email address and name on the Add Event form to the left, you may continue to complete and submit your event listing. Regular listings are always FREE! After you successfully submit the event, an email confirmation will be sent to you with your password and account information. Please make sure to check your Junk email box if you don't see the confirmation email.

ALL EVENT SUBMISSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY WHIMVT BEFORE THEY APPEAR ON THE WEBSITE.

"Featured Event" Listings do have a fee and include a banner on the picture featured on the homepage, category listing or both. You can select this option when checking out at the bottom of the 'Add Event' form.

Select your Event Category and if needed a sub-category using the check-boxes at the top of the Add Event form. For reference, here is a directory of main and sub-categories.

Once you enter in the Event Address, click on "Set Address On Map" and the map will refresh with your location and it will automatically add the address Longitude and Latitude coordinates which is useful for some user apps. Then, select what kind of map (Road, Terrain, Satellite) that you would like to appear on your event listing once posted.

Because this site was developed for users around the world, it uses 24hr time settings. This should help you enter the correct time for your event.
